Did you know that all this week is Customer Service Week? If you have to call or speak to anyone this week who is giving you Customer Service, make sure to thank them for the job you do. Or at least don’t spit in their face when they act like they don’t care for about your problem.

And no, you don’t have to thank the telephone prompts that lead you around in endless circles. The only people you have to thank are the ones with real, live, beating hearts and voices.
