M.O.M duty
In May, I will be Mom of the Month (M.O.M) for our 8:30 am service.
From what I understand, this requires that D & I handle nursery duty the first Sunday and then remind others when their turn comes for the rest of the month. We also get to make sure the nursery is cleaned up, sanatized, and all drool removed (most of that drool is from our own son, so I don’t mind).
However, I think I will take it upon myself to start asking parents to fill out this form when they drop of their child. I think the answer to the third question will be particularly helpful.

For Damon I would say possessed and for Vicki I would say put her in a playpen alone because she never wanted to be touched. Love it.
