<description>I once knew a guy named Porco, no kidding. He had a little scar on his lip. He hardly ate and when he did it was usually the same sort of stuff. He never went out to eat. I asked him why that was. He told me about the time I first got into the baking chocolate as a little boy (as if we all did that). Porco didn't. The scar was from the Crystal Drano he got into. The guy had no taste buds, nothing. I didn't know Porco long or well. But he never leaves me. When I eat at Fogo de Ciao or Bones or the Hereford House... whenever I see a visual feast, I think about that. I too am visual and cannot imagine being able to see it and not know what it tastes like.
