Lounge Lizard
Fuller has taken to lounging around when playing. By lounging, I mean he has started rolling around on the floor, grasping a toy or blanket. Usually he just lays there and mouths a ball or the corner of the blanket, vocalizing his happiness. Granted, that is the only way he used to play when he hadn’t figured out the mechanics of crawling, but now, it doesn’t seem like he is regressing to previous behavior. This method of playing while on his back, or leaning against a pillow to watch Between the Lions, it seems like he is moving forward somehow.
And yet, he still won’t walk from point A to point B.
funny, cuz Caleb has been doing the same thing. he’ll find a likely item with which to cuddle (stuffed animal, blanket, a piece of junk mail) and grasp it close to his face, suck his thumb, and snuggle in for a little while. super cute.
