		<description>Way to go!!! Haley and I just took Jade for a bike ride last night... but he rode alone!!! We watched! She rides and is in perfect shape but me??? Uh-- no way! I need to buy a bike and get with the program- thanks for the reminder- spend time with family AND work out... sounds like a winner to me! Talk about baby weight-- all I have done since Jade stopped nursing is gain gain gain.... blech!

		<description>That's great to hear about you guys bicycling as a family.  I've been pulling the kids around in a trailer and they absolutely love it.  Aidan is also enjoying his new bike, too.  Pam can't join us with the pregnancy and all, but come next Spring it'll be a fivesome.

Damon is right about the shifting.  That's one of the hardest skills to master, because you really have to shift in anticipation of the climb.  If you wait too long, then there's too much tension on the chain and it won't shift smoothly.  Keep it up and maybe I'll see y'all in the neighborhood!
