My mother would be proud
Sunday evenings we usually don’t do anything outside of the house. We are often winding down the weekend by spending time with Fuller and watching as much Fox animated TV as we can.
Tonight we bucked our normal routine for something really enjoyable- a concert!
We went to a Third Lobby concert at North Shore Fellowship. It was a fundraiser for a missions trip to Ireland and some people from our church are joining the group, which is how we heard of it.
I was really impressed with Third Lobby and their “Celtic Alternative” sound. Their sound made Fuller really happy. He wasn’t too keen on hanging out in the pew so we went to the back and hung out in the church’s overflow room. We could see and hear everything and Fuller was able to move around as he pleased.
And I am excited for the ministry opportunity that they will have in Ireland, using their music. When God gives us talents and people are able to use those talents for His glory, it just makes me excited to know that God is such a wonderful artist who is painting my life.
