I wore socks to bed the other night. I had to find my fleece pullover last weekend. I wore a jacket to work today. I had to wear it to walk to the car this afternoon. And I am wearing socks and shoes instead of sandals.

The seasons are changing, fall is either here or making its way. This means it is time to go through the clothes and swap out the light, airy garments and find the heavier, cozier ones that will keep me comfortable as Old Man Winter starts to move in.

I don’t mind really because with the change in the weather, some neat things happen. The leaves change, the backdrop behind my house becomes alive with color, the corn maize is open, and Pumpkin Spice Lattes are in season.

I like fall.
