Damon is currently out of the house and I am counting down the minutes until he returns. See, when he returns determines what we watch on TV at 9 pm.

On one channel we have the dark and twisty Meredith Grey (now! with more George! I hope). On another channel we have Zach Braff finally returning to NBC for the sixth season of Scrubs.

If Damon gets home in time, we will watch Scrubs and tape Grey’s. If he doesn’t, then I have to tape Scrubs and watch Grey’s.

Either way works for me, I will still get to see the shows, but I am really excited that Scrubs is coming back. Zach Braff has mentioned on his blog that NBC really has jerked Scrubs around, refusing to give it a permanent home or even a slot on its fall line up, season after season. I hope that NBC will finally provide them with a permanent home on the Must See TV Thursday night line up. We already watch the other three shows, so adding Scrubs is like the icing on the cake.

Update: Damon isn’t home, so I am watching Grey’s. And I have to mention that I love Mare Winningham. I love her so much I have her name near the top of the approved girls names in the chance that we ever have a daughter.
