<description>All 3 of mine have been taught sign language since they were babies. My oldest uses it alot, but he's also taking sign language classes (it's considered a foreign language for home schooling) and the baby signs all the time telling us what she wants. It's so much nicer than the "uh, uh" and whining that they want something, but can't tell you what it is they want. If you really want him to learn sign language, persistence is the key. One day it will just click with him!

<description>HEH I teach my son some sign language. I have been since he was at least 6 months old. He wanted to speak so badly that I had to teach him some way to express himself effectively!
