It took Noah a very long time to learn volume control. So much so that I had his hearing checked LOL
He had two volumes, very very loud, and so soft no one could hear him.

I hope Fuller finds his inside voice soon

You so need to get with the times. It is no longer indoor voice you say, “use your small voice” or “use your six inch voice” I am not so sure about what constitutes a six inch voice but the kids get it.
