		<description>Cautiously wade in my foot, you can practically walk all the way to Parker&#039;s Creek with the way it is right now. Unbelievable! Viv and Nick had fun up there too. I don&#039;t think the kiddos are too aware of how low the water is as long as they can see some.

But there are some parts of the South that don&#039;t lack for rain. We get it almost every afternoon down here in LA. My grass was cut on Thursday and it already needs it again.
