Four years ago today, Fuller came into the world and changed the lives of many, many people. He made Damon and me parents. My parents became Grandparents. My grandmother became a Great-Grandmother. My sisters became aunts.

All with his first breaths and cries, he changed a lot of lives. And really, our lives are so much better for it.

We get to laugh when he says things like, “Let’s go into my room and think about that.” Our hearts melt when he curls up next to us to listen to a story. We learn patience as he tells us about his “stories” he sees when he sleeps. And we have learned the many different ways to get Fuller eat his dinner in a timely fashion.

Four years have gone by quickly, and seeing Fuller grow into the big boy he is has been a delight each and every day. As we move forward into the exciting year of “Four” we look forward to teaching him to read, possibly conquering the two-wheeler, and watching to see exactly how tall he can get.

Happy Birthday, Fuller! We love you and enjoy watching you grow every day.
