December 2nd :: Learning about measurement
Fuller was such an awesome kid today. I had mucho errands to run today, since I had to take yesterday off to fend of contractions and recover from traveling. I wrote down all our destinations and showed the list to Fuller. The first stop (after taking Daddy to work) was the bank, where I deposited a few checks and picked up the ultimate bribe- candy from the bank teller.
When we were in the fabric store, Fuller was actually very good for a kid who can no longer be trapped contained by a shopping cart. One woman gave him high praise, stating, “He’s very good for being in a fabric store.”
The cutting table captured his attention, letting him indulge his enjoyment of numbers. The fact that we were getting Auburn fabric really helped him be even more excited, which I guess carried over into the “being good category.” If we actually did the Santa thing at our house, I would think Santa would definitely have him on his “nice” list.

[...] I’m doing the photo project on my family blog too! [...]
Wanted to stop by and thank you for running the ad for my blog Parental Instincts today.
It looks great, and I’m pleased to be featured on such a great looking site.
Have a good day!
Did the santa thing?
@Tiffany,
Yeah, we don’t teach Fuller about Santa. He’s good for a photo op and nice stories, but we don’t talk about how he is coming to our house or presents Fuller gets from Santa. Here’s where I wrote about it last year: http://crumleyblog.com/2007/12/16/christmas-part-1/
