Fuller has really enjoyed using his new camera and today I went through the pictures and had to chuckle at some of them. His view of the world is interesting. I added to his Flickr set, sparing you pictures of my double chin and swollen feet.

But he did get this one:

I took him to Wal-Mart to purchase a camera case and he had fun taking pictures in the store. Now he thinks he needs to take the camera with him every time we go to the store. I do it, so why shouldn’t he?

I devised an exercise for him… take pictures of things that are a certain color.

We have green (of course):

His picture taking technique needs some work… there is a little hand that shows up on the LCD screen after he takes a picture. Green means he was steady. Red and yellow mean he needs some work. And while Fuller delights in getting a green hand, he also has developed an enjoyment of spinning and randomly taking a picture of anything.

When the weather gets warmer, I look forward to taking him on some photo walks. But for now, seeing his daily life is kind of fun too.
