Had already planned a grocery trip today so I added the ingredients for these and the ice cream sundaes to my list. We’re going to make the cookies this afternoon and then the sundaes tonight so the kids can enjoy them the rest of the week!

This is an interesting variation of a cookie I have been making since childhood. Mine calls for more peanut butter and cocoa powder. This is an easy one for the kids to make and you don't spend an hour baking a batch of cookies. We freeze ours which makes them a perfect treat for this hot, humid weather we have been having!
